Allow useres to install multiple profiles. This allows one to test against e.g. the staging and production letsencypt environments. however more importantly it allows to use certbot with other amce enabled CA's such as sectigo.

I have tried to make this backwards compatible but there may be some edge cases i have missed so perhaps worth a major bump if accepted
