Adds end-to-end docs for annual iOS subscriptions with monthly billing plans across Dashboard and iOS SDK pages. The update covers product setup, paywall slot billing-plan selection, new product variables (`billingPlanType`, `isBillingPlanAvailable`), and chart filtering/breakdowns by billing plan type, plus a new setup screenshot. It also updates the PurchaseController reference with StoreKit 2 billing-plan option handling and refreshes the iOS changelog with 4.16.0 notes and aligned historical entries.
