Also add more debugging messages.
As Shareable objects now retain a reference to the memory objects that they were created in, this pytest fixture dependency graph is no longer needed.
This will be done by the testbed server automatically. Shutting down twice in quick succession may lead to the second shut_down timing out.
This facilitates error checking.
