Add example

This PR adds an example for writing a launcher scripts which includes instantiating a telescope simulator, calculating pastis matrix, and then finding computing static and dynamic tolerances for mid-spactial frequency wavefront aberration.

Checklist:

• All leftover problems has been converted to Issue.
• My branch is up-to-date w.r.t to develop, and is rebased on origin/develop.
• If applicable, my change is covered by a pytest.
• If applicable, I have made corresponding changes to the documentation.
