This project was completed as part of an assignment for Jobyaari to assess data interpretation, attention to detail, and Excel structuring skills.
The task involved analyzing 5 government job notification PDFs:
- CSIR
- TANUVAS
- NTPC
- NHM
- AAU
Each document contained unstructured job data that had to be extracted and converted into a clean, structured Excel format.
- Read and understood the PDFs carefully
- Extracted key fields: Department, Post Name, Qualification, Location, Last Date, Contact Info
- Filled the information into a structured Excel sheet with separate sheets for each organization
- Added appropriate placeholders for NHM and AAU where official data was missing
- Cross-verified every entry to ensure no errors or missing fields
- Data cleaning and structuring
