docs: auto-document deux repository

Summary

• Documents the four major features of the deux MFA library
• Creates codepress_documentation/ structure with INDEX.md and per-feature folders
• No code changes — documentation only

Features Documented

• multifactor-auth-core — Core MFA model, settings system, TOTP service, and DRF REST endpoints for MFA lifecycle management and backup codes
• sms-challenge — Two-step SMS enrollment flow (request → verify) using Twilio and TOTP with ±1 time-step drift window
• token-auth-mfa — DRF ObtainAuthToken extended with an MFA gate; supports mfa_code and backup_code fields
• oauth2-mfa — django-oauth-toolkit integration adding MFA to the OAuth2 password grant flow via a custom backend and validator

Test plan

• Review INDEX.md for accuracy
• Spot-check feature README files against the source code
