Summary

Updates the "Connecting to Cloud SQL" guide to reflect the new Cloud SQL section now available in the create-app form for GCP clusters, including support for attaching multiple Cloud SQL instances to a single service and the service-account dropdown sourced from cluster settings.

Context

The upstream fix added a Cloud SQL UI to the create-app form (previously only present in the edit-view), repaired the cloning path that failed validation for apps using Cloud SQL, and introduced a multi-instance editor so a single service can connect to several Cloud SQL databases.

Changes

  • Replaced the legacy single-instance walkthrough (Instance Connection Name / Database Port / Service Account JSON) with the current flow.
  • Documented multi-instance support and the per-instance port behavior on localhost.
  • Called out the GCP-only gating of the Cloud SQL section.
  • Added a clone-app note explaining that Cloud SQL values are now prefilled when cloning.
  • Updated prerequisites to point at the cluster Connections tab for registering the GCP service account.
  • Added a code example showing how to connect to the proxy from application code.
