Context
Triggered by porter-dev/code#5747, which fixed a silent data loss bug where adding a duplicate row in the env group editor produced a diff that looked correct but never persisted the new value. Duplicate keys are now blocked at the editor with a visible error, so users need to know to edit existing rows in place rather than adding a new row with the same key.
