The binder button still works in the preview, though I'm not sure if there are other reasons to keep this around! |

I remember someone somewhere complained about binder not rendering the markdown notebooks properly, so I would keep this PR open as a reminder for now and will try to remember to come back to it. |

I don't have this for other repos and binder works for them, so let's merge the PR and come back with a fix if something is still not OK. |
