Ahoy! This PR adds a new section on Dorado models, explaining how to fetch them from the CDN and configure their directory. However, ye've introduced some sloppy grammar, inconsistent spelling of 'basecalling', and a confusing 'environmental variable' term. Clean up yer language as suggested, or prepare to walk the plank!
