Ahoy! This patch swaps out the hardcoded 'NeSI HPC Storage' for dynamic Jinja variables defined in mkdocs.yml, alongside some much-needed spelling and capitalization fixes across the Globus guides. However, ye've made a few sloppy blunders: ye left the new variable unquoted in a CLI command which will surely shipwreck the shell, kept useless brackets in a table with no anchor link, and let 'Github' slip through instead of 'GitHub'. Fix these leaks before I toss ye to the sharks!
