Summary
Removes the Chinese functional regression planning document from the E2E directory so this change keeps the Playwright E2E documentation as the single test entry point.
Context
The repository already has English Playwright E2E documentation for setup and execution. Keeping an additional Chinese planning document in the E2E directory makes the PR scope look broader than intended.
