Registers amplifier-bundle-research in the Community Bundles catalog, and removes two entries that were consolidated into it.
Why
amplifier-bundle-scientificpaperwas a strict subset ofamplifier-bundle-research, and the standalonetool-paperbananamodule ended up with research as its only consumer. Both have been consolidated into amplifier-bundle-research as a single maintained source of truth (the lean "just write a paper" experience survives as apaper-onlyvariant inside that repo). The two original repos are now archived.Docs-only change to
docs/MODULES.md.
