Summary

• Adds the AWS Transform Agent Toolkit power for building, deploying, and registering agents that run in AWS Transform
• MCP server installed via uvx --from agent-builder-mcp-aws-transform agent-builder-mcp (PyPI)
• SDK installed via pip install agent-builder-sdk-aws-transform + 3 companion packages
• 12 steering files covering agent development, deployment, registration, and debugging

Files

• POWER.md — main power definition (onboarding, tools, grounding rules)
• mcp.json — MCP server config using uvx
• steering/ — orchestrator/subagent patterns, deployment pipeline, agent registration, Dockerfiles, troubleshooting, HITL, skill operations, workflow integration, API reference, getting started

Test plan

• Internal regression testing, benchmark evaluation, and final sanity test conducted using TestPyPI packages (cc: @tabjord @HellcatOvO)
