Ratfor programs from Systems Analysis and Design Using Network Techniques, Gary E Whitehouse, Prentice-Hall, 1973

These are a few programs originally in FORTRAN from Systems Analysis and Design Using Network Techniques that I rewrote in Ratfor to test my implementation of Ratfor on the university computer I had access to, through punch cards no less.

I doubt if this is of interest to anybody now, but I've uploaded this to Github just in case.
