I think we should keep request-close as a valid command at all times, and console.warn if it's used while the method does not exist.

WIP until I finish https://github.com/lukewarlow/dialog-requestClose-polyfill but I don't think it makes sense for this PR to polyfill this function, it also currently doesn't do it correctly.
