This allows for username / password authentication in JmxServer by adding support for JMXAuthenticator, and a default implementation for handling username / password.

Thanks for this. I can't get any authentication tests to work. Am I missing command line params or something?

I will squash the commit log too to get rid of the extra commit messages

The builder pattern for creating the JMXServer is a nice addition. We've had instances that the exposing of the env and authenticator to the underlying server would be useful.

Super old issue. I still can't get this code to work to programmatically create authenticated requests. Anyone else have luck?
