| Full Members have the right to vote at the General Assembly, to nominate candidates, and to put forward and amend proposals. Associate Members and the Individual Members Group have the right to vote and to put forward and amend proposals, subject to the limitations set out in the Rules of Procedure. Regional Members have the right to put forward resolutions and amendments. Observer Members have the right to observe proceedings but do not have voting rights. | ||

This seems redundant but if it’s needed it’s needed, I don’t like how it points there 3 times like we get it and that’s the case for everything. No strong opinion though but if we can skip it I would remove that line
Splits off the Membership Rights / Droits des membres addition from PR #41 so it can be merged on its own; the Individual Members Group voting-rights change in #41 remains open for separate decision. The Membership Rights / Droits des membres section from this PR was extracted, fast-forwarded onto current main, and merged separately as #49 (commit b830371) — that portion was confirmed GA-approved. What remains in this PR is the second change in section 6.1 (General Assembly) extending voting rights to the Individual Members Group and defining its good-financial-standing rule. That part has not been confirmed as GA-approved and is left open for separate decision. If kept, this PR will need a rebase onto main since the member-rights hunk is now upstream. |
