Publish UptimeRobot screenshot to public assets
The documentation links to /assets/images/uptimerobot_monitor.jpg, but this commit only adds the image under assets/images/. Running npm run build leaves the file out of dist/assets, so the deployed site still has no /assets/images/uptimerobot_monitor.jpg and the screenshot renders as a 404. Either copy the image into public/assets (where other static assets are published) or import it into the MDX file so the build includes it.
