Структуру берём по Python-эталону: наращивание строки в цикле целиком покрыто уроком 23-aggregation-strings, отдельного build-strings в Python нет. В PHP-выравнивании аналогичный урок был удалён тем же решением гейта. Закрывает последний open question из docs/python-alignment-javascript/PROGRESS.md.
