This PR is intended as the maintained successor path for the existing default repository epoplavskis/homeassistant_salus, which has been flagged for removal because it appears abandoned.

Jordi-14/homeassistant_salus keeps the same salus integration domain and is actively maintained by @Jordi-14 and @leonardpitzu, with current releases and passing HACS/hassfest validation. The replacement keeps the same salus integration domain and uses the maintained salus-it600-client package.

Hi @Jordi-14, thanks for the submission, and for picking up a maintained replacement here. 👋

Quick heads-up on sequencing: epoplavskis/homeassistant_salus (same salus domain) is still in the default catalog and is going through removal as abandoned. To avoid two default repositories claiming the same domain at once, I'll line this up to land alongside that removal rather than ahead of it. Nothing needed from you right now; the integration itself looks good. I'll follow up here once the ordering is sorted out.

Hi @Jordi-14, thanks for the submission, and for picking up Salus where the original left off! 👋

The blocker here is a domain collision. This integration uses domain: salus, and epoplavskis/homeassistant_salus (also domain: salus) is still listed in the default catalog. Home Assistant can't load two custom components with the same domain, so the catalog can't carry both at once. The abandoned entry needs to be removed first, which you have already flagged in hacs/integration#5251.

I'll hold this PR until that removal is processed. Once it is, re-request review here (or ping me on #5251) and we'll get the successor added.
