Renames
docker-composecommand examples todocker compose(Compose V1docker-composeis now deprecated and no longer maintained). I left the shell scripts alone, and the note that users with older setups (~2022) may need to usedocker-compose.Also removed
termydivs (termynalremoved in #221) and a couple of minor edits.I ran through all notebooks on a new Windows setup with only 1 issue found (see #222).
