We ran into a small misunderstanding since gnosis specifies an encoding using the function
enchere (https://github.com/gnosis/safe-contracts/blob/development/contracts/libraries/MultiSend.sol), whereas ethers doesn't actually expose an interface toenc, onlyenc((*vals))
