While reviewing https://github.com/diff-use/sampleworks/pull/271/changes I noticed that we lock numpy < 2.0. numpy 2.0 was released 2 years ago, is there a valid reason for us to be using a version so old? We should either update, or document in the .toml or README why we are unable to update at this time.
