@stakx Ready for review. Might also consider if System.Xml should be acandidate for removal, since bringing in a lot of dependencies (like HttpClient with network-communication-dependency for xml-schema download/validation). |

Think major version 6 is too good to miss. Since FEATURE_SERIALIZATION is already carved out for NetFramework only.
Do not think NetFramework controls the direction any more, and is just along for the ride. So special features that only works for NetFramework should be considered as obsolete, and candidates for removal (Less baggage)
