Hard Domain Migration (HDM) and 'major upgrade' terminology was deprecated when Logical Synchronizer Upgrade (LSU) was introduced. Updates three upstream-mirrored pages to use current terms: - m5-deployment-progression: 'Hard Migrations' → 'Logical Synchronizer Upgrade' - kubernetes-deployment: 'last major upgrade' → 'last protocol upgrade' (×3) - exchanges/guidance: 'Rolling out Major Splice Upgrades' section heading and prose updated to reflect LSU; outdated state-export runbook retained but reframed as LSU context Closes #624 Signed-off-by: 8bitpal <eliashaase@gmail.com>

Replaces deprecated Hard Domain Migration (HDM) / "major upgrade" terminology with current Logical Synchronizer Upgrade (LSU) vocabulary in three upstream-mirrored pages that hadn't been updated after Splice deprecated HDM in April 2026.
