Adds TypeScript bindings to the generated-reference source updater and PR orchestration introduced by #773.

This adds a package-aware source updater for config/x2mdx/typescript-bindings/source-artifacts.json, registers a typescript-bindings generated PR target, and includes the regenerated TypeScript bindings reference output.

Validation:

  • direnv exec . python3 -m pytest tests/test_update_generated_reference_sources.py tests/test_update_generated_reference_prs.py tests/test_summarize_version_changes.py tests/test_typescript_bindings_reference.py
  • direnv exec . npm run update:generated-reference-sources -- --source typescript-bindings --check
  • Actual workflow dispatch: https://github.com/canton-network/cf-docs/actions/runs/27714089077

Built after #773 merged.

Superseded by #796, which now targets main and includes the TypeScript bindings automation together with the remaining generated-docs update automation. Generated output remains excluded from the implementation PR.
