This passes media data from the background component to an
onChangeprop so blocks can do further handling if needed.Companion to https://github.com/bu-ist/bu-prepress/pull/445.
I also cherry-picked the fixes/upgrades to the background component from #173, as this PR probably has a better chance of being merged first.
