Adds a note to the "Updating a bitrise.yml stored in the repository" section explaining that branch protection rules requiring PRs will cause the Push to current branch option to fail with a
"Could not update file: Changes must be made through a pull request."error, and that Create a new branch should be used instead.Why
This is a real user-facing error with no current explanation in the docs. The workaround (use Create a new branch) is already available in the UI but wasn't documented.
