What is the purpose of the change
Remove the Scala quickstart helper scripts that still reference the unsupported
flink-quickstart-scalaarchetype. FLINK-33383 notes that the Scala quickstart stopped being supported after Flink 1.17, so keeping these scripts points users at artifacts that are no longer published.Brief change log
