Add 2026-2029 CARES committee members

Adds nine new members serving the 2026-2029 term (Ben Hermann, Stefanie Betz, Amel Bennaceur, Shalini Chakraborty, Denae Ford, Isabella Grassl, Grischa Liebel, Daniela Damian, Emerson Murphy-Hill) along with portrait photos for eight of them normalized to 300x402 to match existing entries.
