The
Dockerfilerequests Rust 1.92.0 which is not available on UBI9 yet.This builds vector with the latest version available on UBI9 which currently is 1.88.0, testing this locally seems to be successful (after changing the build to use
cargo buildinstead ofcargo build-offlinebecause the dependency-injection of the CI is missing locally./cc @vparfonov
