Archive plan/feature.md to the external Plan directory ($DOC_ROOT/Tharga/plans/Toolkit/Cache/done/) and remove plan/ from the project per the feature close-out workflow. Eplicta request (2026-04-14) marked Done in C:/dev/Eplicta/plan/requests.md with Follow-up entry for Eplicta to upgrade Tharga.Cache to >= 1.1.0 and remove the Aggregator workaround.
