This PR builds on top of QuantumKitHub/Strided.jl#51 to extend support for all GPUArray-compatible array types in TensorOperations.
For now it seems that at least locally I can get all of this to work, with no guarantees on performance, only on correctness.
I feel like I should probably add some more tests still, and I also have to add the Metal.jl and AMD backends as tests, but this does look promising!
Note that the LTS tests are failing because of the
[sources]use.
