Updated loader for MHS2 v1.5.3 (post-denuvo-removal) patch.

The game is still packed and has anti-cheat/anti-debug functionality. However, the imported modules are now loaded by the packer before the .text section is decrypted in memory. This caused the previous version of the loader to fail when attempting to find and hook the pre-CRT functions.
