Partnership on AI, Technology and Health Innovation — African-led institutional governance for sovereign clinical AI infrastructure.

License Status

Purpose

PAATHI (Partnership on AI, Technology and Health Innovation) is a separately branded, African-led institution incubated by EvidenceOS following the Gavi Alliance governance model. PAATHI provides multi-stakeholder governance for clinical AI infrastructure across Africa — ensuring that AI tools deployed in African healthcare systems meet local evidence standards, respect data sovereignty, and build local capacity.

PAATHI is NOT an EvidenceOS subsidiary. It is an independent institution with charter-level protections ensuring no single vendor controls governance. EvidenceOS is a founding member and technology provider, but PAATHI's Board, standards, and Secretariat are independently governed.
