Looks good to me. Built successfully locally on the feat/build-ubuntu22 branch, diff is minimal and the Ubuntu 22.04 / glibc 2.35 portability approach is sound.

This PR builds core on Ubuntu 22.04 to make it compatible with older distros. This is relevant for package building.
This is a rework of Euro-Office/DocumentServer#28
