Quark stores the Proton Mail Bridge IMAP password encrypted with Windows DPAPI for the current Windows user.

Please do not report secrets, credentials, or private mailbox details in public issues. For security-sensitive reports, use a private GitHub security advisory when the repository is published.

Quark is intended for Proton Mail Bridge on the local machine only. It rejects non-loopback IMAP hosts.
