Language-agnostic CLI with 27 checks across 7 dimensions (security, architecture, duplication, error handling, dependencies, testing, dead code), fix suggestions, and CI mode. Tested on a real vibe-coded project: 50 files, 0/100 score, 1,172 issues found.
