Description
This adds deprecation anouncement on subvolumes feature
Updates NetAppFiles to api-version 2026-04-01
This feature never progressed beyond preview but was added in stabe API Specs by mistake in 2022 and subsequently in Azure CLI to maintain feature parity. It never should have been available.
Feature is gated and telemetry shows no active usage, no subvolumes exist that were create by customers.
