Added a new build_task_expiration_minutes variable, defaulting to 20 so existing deployments render unchanged. Documented the override in the README. Fixes: AlmaLinux/build-system#284

Renders BUILD_TASK_EXPIRATION_MINUTES from a new build_task_expiration_minutes variable, defaulting to 20 so existing deployments render unchanged. Set it in vars.yml to override. Also documented in the README.
