Describe the bug

Okay, none of the responses for this issue make any sort of sense, so i am opening another ticket.

I am trying to add apps to the apps list in the windows 10 start menu that arent there to pin them to the win10 menu to actually make it useful

using search and pinning to start doesnt work, ik why

i try to add the shortcut to the start menu apps folder, and it still wont appear in the apps list in win10 menu

i try to find this supposed Pin tiles to Windows 10 Start menu from File Explorer option but that doesnt seem to f**king exist, people must be tripping on meth or smth because that option does not exist

I right click on the shortcut in explorer (I have the old context menu enabled) and there is no Pin to Start option

SO HOW IN THE ABSOLUTE F**K DO I ADD APPS TO THIS GOD DAMN MENU

Expected outcome

Some way for me to add apps that arent in the apps list in the Win10 menu to the pinned tiles.

Actual outcome

No methods work. Not right clicking on shortcut to pin to start, not adding the shortcuts to the start menu programs folder, drag and drop to the start menu not working
