EP covering tops of windows. I've run out of patience.

win11. coming out of sleep tops of all windows (tabs) are not visible. have to restart ep to get them back. (rt click taskbar>properties>restart). Sometimes have to close apps to get space on taskbar to right click. been happening forever. In fact it is worse in last month. used to be I could click a few times on taskbar to get tops of windows back. now have go to restart.
I have run out of patience with this issue being fixed. It was written about a year ago.

I'll live with taskbar at bottom of screen. Hopefully the option to move taskbar to top will reappear in win11 soon. I heard that it is coming back.
