No collections found or connection not loaded

Hi, i have a "copy media" method that copy all media of specific collections from a model to another, but it seems that the target models does not load correctly the collections configuration.

I always have "Target model does not have the media collection", but:

1. i checked that file exists and disk s3 is correctly configured
2. models exist in database and they are correctly created
3. models extends HasMedia and implements InteractsWithMedia with a correct configuration of collections:
