change termination modalities #21

Issue body actions
- dont show termination date on loan creation (there it is not necessary yet)
- make it more seprarate from termination modalities in edit loan screen
- add terminate button on loan card to make the termination a process step
- only allow "fixe Laufzeit" / "Kündigugnsfrist": End date can then be selected instead of period when "fixe Laufzeit" is selected
