Viv and its associated components are proprietary software developed
and owned by Sifty LLC.

For non-commercial purposes only: permission is hereby granted to
use, reproduce, and modify this software, provided that this notice
is included in all copies or substantial portions of the software.
"Non-commercial purposes" means use for personal, educational,
or research purposes, and not in connection with any business,
organization, or activity intended for profit.

Use of Viv or its components for commercial purposes requires a
commercial license from Sifty LLC. "Commercial use" includes, but
is not limited to: incorporation into products or services offered
for sale, use within a for-profit organization, any use that
contributes to internal operations of a business, or use that
otherwise generates revenue.

Use of Viv by government agencies or government-funded research
programs is considered commercial unless explicitly approved in
writing by Sifty LLC.
