Adapt OPARI2 check for Score-P v9.0+

Since Score-P v9.0, applications using OPARI2 as their OpenMP backend do
not link "scorep_adapter_opari2_mgmt" anymore. To still handle OpenMP
correctly, also check for "scorep_adapter_opari2_openmp_mgmt" and
"scorep_adapter_opari2_user_mgmt"
