Delete all files/dirs excluding .git

In preparation for importing source code from
`github.com/rust-bitcoin/www.rust-bitcoin.org` remove everything here
except the `.git` directory.

Before doing this branched off a `gh-pages` branch and configured github
pages to serve the site from there, this means there is no change to the
served site by this commit.
