feat(website): hero lightning, sparkles, chrome styling, grim reaper CTA

- Add lightning background with initial burst and click-to-strike
- Add rotating sparkle stars on logo chrome highlights
- Add ambient sparkles across hero background
- Add chrome gradient border and button styling
- Add grim reaper imagery to footer CTA with hand overlay
- Add rotating rock-themed taglines to footer CTA
- Update benchmarks with proportional bars and logo label
- Update hero layout with centered logo and parallax
- Update nav to use text instead of logo SVG
