README: intuitive structure + Korean version + transparency section

Restructured both READMEs for progressive disclosure:
  Top:    Simple language anyone can understand
  Middle: Code examples and feature list
  Bottom: Technical details in collapsible sections
  Footer: Transparency (10 self-corrections) + benchmark artifacts

Key changes:
- Tagline: "The smallest way to add AI to your app" (EN) /
  "AI를 내 앱에 넣는 가장 작은 방법" (KO) — replaces "The SQLite of LLMs"
- KV cache explained in plain language ("conversation memory")
- All technical benchmarks/comparisons in <details> collapsible
- New "Transparency & Trust" section with full correction history
- Korean README (README.ko.md) fully rewritten to match EN structure
